I started “You can be your best “many years ago. But due to other commitments I had to put it on the back burner. This self help book contains distilled information on mental health issues based on my 20 year experience as mental health practitioner.
In 2017 I published it so that others may benefit from my experience. “You can be your best” opened a great opportunity for me. In 2018 I returned to Singapore – to manage the community intervention team for a non profit.
