What does Recovery mean?

To recover from a mental health challenge means different things to different people. For the homemaker it may mean being able to take the kids to school; for the breadwinner recovery may mean being able to go back to work.

Make that human connection for a speedy recovery. Keep in touch with your relatives, friends, members from your club, church, mosque or health professionals

Recovery is about what you can do NOT what’s wrong with you. It’s about what has worked in the past and what you have learnt.

Recovery is not cure rather, it’s about the tools and techniques you can use for a fulfilling life.
